Giacomo & Antonella Lombardi
Three generations under the same sun.
It started with Nonno Pietro
Over half a century ago, Nonno Pietro planted his first olive trees in Cerignola, in the heart of Puglia. His rule was simple — oil extracted only by mechanical cold pressing, harvested at the exact moment. No shortcuts, no blends, no chemicals.
From craft to brand
Giacomo grew up working the groves alongside his father. Antonella, his wife, brought the vision — and together with their four daughters, they craft the family's harvest into a brand: Figlie del Sole.
The name
Figlie del Sole means “Daughters of the Sun” — a tribute to Giacomo and Antonella's four daughters, and to the southern Italian sun that ripens every olive in its own time. The daughters are the next generation. The sun is the first ingredient.
